We operate an education system rooted in real teaching environments, closely integrated with actual classes.
The PMAA Pilates Instructor Program is a professional training program designed to systematically cover the core principles of movement education based on international standards. Grounded in anatomical understanding, the program focuses on movement analysis and progressively teaches precise alignment, breathing, and muscle activation patterns, guiding participants from foundational concepts to advanced repertoires.
Following the theoretical training, participants engage in hands-on teaching practice, repeatedly experiencing what it means to teach in real settings. This process naturally develops each trainee’s instructional skills, clarity of explanation, and class-structuring ability.
Rather than stopping at simply “learning Pilates,” the program equips participants with the practical competence and professional responsibility required to teach confidently and effectively as certified Pilates instructors.
The Flying Yoga Instructor Program is a three-dimensional movement education program that uses hammocks to explore aerial movement, allowing practitioners to experience weight distribution and body mechanics that are difficult to achieve on the ground.
The training begins with fundamental hammock usage and safety guidelines, then progresses to stable balance in the air, center-of-gravity transitions, functional core activation, and the development of flexibility and muscular endurance—key skills required of professional instructors.
To enhance class-planning competence, trainees repeatedly practice sequence design, movement modifications for different levels, and teaching skills that prioritize participant safety in real class settings. The program guides trainees to a level where they can confidently operate their own classes.
This is not a performance-based course, but a practical training program dedicated to developing aerial movement instructors with a strong foundation in safety and professional expertise.
This training program, conducted in accordance with the standards of the International Barre Instructors Association, offers a refined and balanced movement education that combines the elegant lines and flow of ballet with the stability of Pilates and the dynamic energy of fitness.
The curriculum begins with foundational positions and alignment, then progresses into movement composition using musicality and rhythm, lower-body strength development, core stabilization, and overall postural balance—exploring the distinctive movement principles that define Barre in depth.
In addition to practical lessons, the program includes cueing practice, timing control, and movement modifications for different levels, strengthening real-world teaching skills applicable to both group classes and small-group sessions.
This course is ideal for those who wish to elevate Barre beyond simple exercise and develop it as a professional discipline focused on movement aesthetics and balanced body alignment.
